it's not very comfortable to launch cuda profiler from terminal, i suggest that adding the "cuda profiler" item to development submenu will be rational

doicon and make_desktop_entry from eutils.eclass might fit in.

sorry, how to do this? make eutils.eclass executable? or call this from ebuild? if so, what should i make?

Sorry, that was for the maintainer, he should change the ebuild to `inherit eutils`, install an icon dile with `doins <file>` and generate an .desktop file with `make_desktop_entry ...`.

I added the desktop entries, but without an icon as NVIDIA does not seem to provide any.  Thanks for the suggestion!
