Disabled in .europe and .nl rotation for now

I will have a look at what is causing problems, when I have some spare time (I'm rather busy atm).
We have a shortage of disk space, but that won't cause refused connections I'd say.

Were you ever able to look at it again? mirrorstats shows no problems.

The system administrator has no idear what to look for. The load limiting feature which was causing connections to be refused was completely turned off.
As for the lag, the rsync cronjob seems to run fine. Sometimes the ACL of albatross refuses one or two rsyncs, but no other problems.

Maybe enable it in rotation again to see how it goes?

That was my thoughts too. I have re-enabled you in the .nl rotation. We are approaching limits for .europe so I can't add you back there.
