Bug 32391 – tkcvs 7.1.2 incompatable with cvs 1.11.8

CVS version 1.11.8 has removed the -l option thus breaking tkcvs 7.1.2.

Further more, tkcvs 7.1.3 is out which fixes this incompatability and cvs 1.11.9
is out which fixes a problem where users may not get all of the files they need.

This one bit me as well. Please bump the existing 7.1.2 ebuild to 7.1.3 (works
in place).

Well, for what it's worth, the build works 100% by renaming it to 7.1.3 and
creating the digest for the archive(s).

Thanks for the bug report. :)

I've bumped the tkcvs-7.1.2 ebuild (with a couple of minor changes)
straight to version 7.1.4 since it contains a few important bug fixes;
cvs-1.11.9 was very recently added to the portage tree.
