Missing patch. More than one might be missing. I'm not sure.

 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
 * 
 *   /usr/portage/net-libs/libsoup-gnome/files/libsoup-gnome-system-lib.patch
 *   ( libsoup-gnome-system-lib.patch )
 * ERROR: net-libs/libsoup-gnome-2.30.1 failed:
 *   Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!
