Bug 32382 – stage3 inconsistency with regards to make.conf

in the documentation, warnings about changing CHOST on stage3 installs is not
made in correlation to other documentation about make.conf


suggested fix:
move the <warn>  statement up to the make.conf (before mirrorselect)

a warning tag inside Ch10 is necessary, but I don't think it should be moved
above mirrorselect

What do you mean with "is not made in correlation"? You mean that the current
warning isn't placed correctly?

Yeah, The part that refers to editing etc/make.conf is in Chapter 10.
(even stage3 users may want to change USE flags)

 the warning about CHOST doesn't appear until chapter 13 (or 12 for stage2
)

theese both warnings should be merged and placed around Chapter 10 as well.

The warning is used in the beginning of the guide too (in the introduction),
so that ppl who want to choose a stage know that a stage3 has this "problem".

I agree with spider that the CHOST warnings should put in CH 10
with a very obvious warn.
