it seems oracle/virtualbox ppl quietly changed the build for 3.2.4 on their servers causing vbox emerge to break on download phase:
gentoo-build number: 62431
the actual on virtualbox.org: 62467

so current ebuild for 3.2.4 is looking for:
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/3.2.4/VirtualBoxSDK-3.2.4-62431.zip

where the actual on the server is:
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/3.2.4/VirtualBoxSDK-3.2.4-62467.zip
