I guess wmii-2 is something "different", but it's in the same SLOT as 3 series so it should be rekeyworded. wmii-2.ebuild:KEYWORDS="~amd64 ~hppa ~ppc ~x86" wmii-3.6-r2.ebuild:KEYWORDS="~amd64 ~ppc64 ~x86" wmii-3.9.ebuild:KEYWORDS="~amd64 ~ppc64 ~x86"
Marked ~hppa, but that isn't the end of it. wmii's build system simply ignores the system libixp and uses the internal one that ships with it, and links that into wmii statically. (Which is why I didn't provide an ebuild in bug #291176 - the wmii build system sucks.)

Waiting for that release now, since he promised to do so. The version bundled in >= 3.9 is newer than anything released so far.
