the picasa program has an option to e-mail pictures for you. When used with thunderbird-bin-3.0.4 the e-mail window opens up but the images aren't attached. This is a problem because picasa has some nice features that let you shrink the size of a picture automatically so it can be sent nicely. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select an image 2. click the e-mail button 3. select thunderbird 4. note the missing attachments in thunderbird I was able to solve this problem following the steps in the url given, and replacing the thunderbird command with thunderbird-bin. It would be nice to see this script included in the picasa e-build.

Picasa upstream dropped suppport for linux time ago, probably this should be treecleaned
