Can you please attach the build.log up to this point?
Just to see the use-flag configuration, thanks.

Comment 4 Florian CROUZAT (SuperFlo) 2010-08-26 07:44:57 UTC
I haven't tried it myself, but there is someone here who just compiled asterisk-addons, and indeed, the installation process stalled. Apparently, looking at the running processes (`ps', or whatever) it appears the installation is waiting for standard input (something like doing cat on stdin), pressing C-d skip this and the installation finish, successfully.

+*asterisk-addons-1.6.2.3 (24 Mar 2011)
+
+ 24 Mar 2011; Tony Vroon <chainsaw@gentoo.org>
+ -asterisk-addons-1.6.2.0.ebuild, +asterisk-addons-1.6.2.3.ebuild:
+ Version bump. As this is newer than 1.6.2.1, it fixes the H323 observed by
+ Nenad Peric in bug #307383. LDFLAGS now respected, closes bug #334829 by
+ Diego Elio "Flameeyes" Petteno. Add missing bluez dependency as suggested by
+ Garry in bug #346673. Add missing mysql dependency as per Jaco Kroon in bug
+ #356837.

Could you tell me if 1.6.2.3 works correctly for you please? My apologies for the delayed response.
Comment 6 barthek 2011-03-24 18:10:06 UTC
Howdy,
Unfortunately the new ebuild didnt help. Build process gets stuck in exactly the same spot.
Also, ctrl+c doesnt let it go on - instead entire process is interrupted.

I have the same problem. Is there any solution?

Until we can make it occur on my system, no.
Best idea generally is to upgrade to Asterisk 1.8
Comment 9 peter Koegel 2011-07-27 18:49:24 UTC
Same problem with regardless asterisk 1.6.2 > 1.8.5.0-r3

> Same problem with regardless asterisk 1.6.2 > 1.8.5.0-r3

Asterisk 1.8 does not use asterisk-addons. The ebuilds block each other for a reason.
Comment 11 Tony Vroon (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-09-01 14:37:12 UTC
Asterisk 1.8 is now stable, and it integrates these extra bits of software into the main package. My apologies for the low quality of the addons package.
