The dev-util/strace-4.5 ebuild is masked ~ppc.  I have built the tool and used
it successfully for the last week or two (at the time, all PPC strace ebuilds
were masked).  I have found it to be a very useful debugging tool.

I believe this ebuild is stable on PPC.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~ppc" emerge strace
2. it works!

strace-4.5.1 has been placed in ~ppc already.
