Bug 32270 – Req: ebuild for secpanel

I dont' find this with emerge search.  I don't have the skill to do an ebuild
yet, but was hopeful
someone would provide one for this product (secpanel)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge search secpanel

Actual Results:  
doesn't find it, because I don't think there is an ebuild yet

Expected Results:  
find the ebuild that someone will kindly provide ;)

Added as net-misc/secpanel, If there are no bug reports I'll mark it stable
in a fortnight...thanks :)

Hope this helps. This is a nice little utility. Glad you asked for it.
Consider copying files to your $PORTDIR_OVERLAY otherwise emerge sync will
remove them, that is until it appears in the official portage tree.

Your ebuild helped me notice dodir is not documented in gentoo-howto.xml
