app-emulation/libvirt-0.8.1-r1 suggests:
 * You must have run the following at least once:
 * 
 * $ polkit-auth --grant org.libvirt.unix.manage --user "USERNAME"
 * 
 * to grant USERNAME access to libvirt when using USE=policykit

polkit-auth is part of sys-auth/policykit which may not be installed (app-emulation/libvirt-0.8.1-r1 does not depend on it, directly or indirectly).

As the ebuild depends on polkit, most likely that
message should be changed to its polkit equivalent (whatever it is).

It only needs to be run if you have sys-auth/policykit installed. I've modified the message to only run then.
