common-lisp-controller wants to contact the clc-build-daemon on port 8990. But
clc-build-daemon needs a running inetd. Doesn't work with xinetd out of the box,
either.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:




clc-build-daemon needs to be rewritten to run standalone or
common-lisp-controller must have some dependencies to inetd/xinetd.
