3rd Rochester Institute of Technology mirror is listed as (http) when it is an rsync mirror

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors2.xml
2. click 3rd Rochester Institute of Technology mirror which has (http) on end
3. link is actually rsync

Actual Results:  
receive error from firefox because it doesn't know how to handle rsync protocol 

Expected Results:  
expected to be taken to an http mirror

its the 3rd one, not the 1st one :)
