vaapi was set in the rdepend list but not in the iuse variable list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av xbmc

Actual Results:  
useflag "vaapi" is not available 

Expected Results:  
useflag "vaapi" should be available

fixed in v 1.55 by vapier

good to know. i've been of the opinion it's only allowed to gentoo staff.
