It would be nice to have autocompletion for matroska files activated.
The file extension for matroska is *.mkv

If I'm right it should be added around line 4869 of /etc/bash_completion

I think you should suggest this feature to the bash-completion author.

The reason is that i don't really want to start a patchset for the original
script. Own stuff in /etc/bash_completion.d/ is ok but having unnessesary
patches for the mainscript is not prefered.

I guess the original author of bash-completion will add it if you ask.

Patch sent to the author for mplayer+mkv completion.

btw a new version is out, 20031022 has seen the daylight and awaits an updated
ebuild :)
