dev-perl/IO-Socket-SSL has to be emerged separately if mail-filter/popfile is used with SSL.  popfile crashed when the IMAP module was activated with SSL and IO-Socket-SSL had not been emerged.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure dev-perl/IO-Socket-SSL is not emerged
2. emerge mail-filter/popfile
3. Configure popfile to use IMAP according to http://getpopfile.org/docs/experimentalmodules:imapinstructions

Actual Results:  
popfile crashes

Expected Results:  
popfile connects to the specified IMAP server via SSL

As a workaround, emerge dev-perl/IO-Socket-SSL manually
