Description hitachi 2010-05-18 12:32:36 UTC
There is a new version of games-puzzle/candycrisis out. The old version was for windows, the new one is for mac os. Maybe it can be bumped.

Also maybe there is a chance to get this to amd64.

I wish to to have games-puzzle/candycrisis 1.2 on mine amd64 or x86.

This is a great Clone of PuyoPuyo

It looks to me that the 1.2 release is 5 years old as the 1.0.

I'd wait to see more activity on that

What would be an appropriat time to wait? Another 5 years?

Let's kick it from the tree or let's say: this is a great Clone of PuyoPuyo we want to keep it. Anyway I don't see any reason why the bug should be closed. It takes a lot of time to search for version bumps and it is just to simple to close them as "RESOLVED LATER".

Again, it seems to me that both versions were released together.
Both versions suffers from the fact that they have not a versioned tar.gz file name.
From the activity that I see on the site, the development is stalled.
Probably I should not have committed the ebuild that is in :(

Provide a working 1.2 ebuild and, if the quality is acceptable, and the game actually work, I will commit it. Otherwise I'll stay on my opinion.
