Description Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-05-16 14:59:26 UTC
Since net-print/gnome-cups-manager is dead and system-config-printer-gnome seems to work fine (at least for me), I think that would be nice to stabilize it if possible :-)

Thanks a lot

Reproducible: Always

I'd prefer to wait for 1.2.x...
Comment 2 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-05-17 17:26:27 UTC
OK, no problem ;-)

I like my bugs open :)

Are you interested in having it stable?
I mean, I don't use scp-gnome but if you use it and feel it's ready for you I can go on with stabilization.
Comment 5 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-07-03 10:42:23 UTC
I am fine with stabilizing it :-), works fine (the same applies for 1.2.3, but it was bumped only a few days ago)

=app-admin/system-config-printer-common-1.2.2
=app-admin/system-config-printer-gnome-1.2.2

Please proceed.

(note, scp-common has more keywords, and also it's stable on many archs but it was done accidentally by someone and I'm not really willing to stabilize it there, so just amd64 and x86, for now)
Comment 7 Christian Faulhammer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-07-13 14:42:20 UTC
stable x86
Comment 8 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-07-16 13:12:10 UTC
Could you reconsider its stabilization also on remaining arches? Would be nice to get this stabilized also on them since we plan to drop net-print/gnome-cups-manager in the future (and it's already stable on them)

Thanks

If those archs show interest, then why not. Meanwhile...
Comment 10 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-07-31 15:13:26 UTC
amd64 stable
