media-sound/freewheeling
will neither compile or run if net-libs/gnutls was compiled without cxx USE-Flag
but the ebuild does not inherent this dependence.

I am sorry, but i don't know how to fix the ebuild, so I am just filling this report.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-libs/gnutls with out cxx USE-flag
2. emerge media-sound/freewheeling
3.

You should add version of the ebuild or confirm,
that you've tested all the ebuilds in the tree.

If that's really necessary, it will probably just
require moving the ebuild to EAPI=2 and a use-dep.

For good measure, add either build log with the failure
or a reference to a file/site that confirms that requirement.
