Included change to avoid gcc warnings (see
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31728).  No new switch changes so there
shouldn't be any newfound frontend breakage.  Tested and works for me.  Thanks.

Updated ebuild to include a patch for EMSUSB2 joystick interface

I have added a patch to this ebuild for the EMSUSB2 joystick interface.
The patch simply increases the number of joystick Axis and buttons.
This is required because joysticks using this interface both appear as joystick
0.
