The GLI project page; 
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/installer/
and the Screenshots page;
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/installer/screenshots/
and others related to it should have a clear warning that the installer is deprecated and should no longer be used.
eg. the warning on:
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/


Users are still finding links / googling the installer, and it is not clear enough that it is no longer a recommended install method.

I'll take this one. BTW, <bold> doesn't exist in GuideXML. Use <b> for bold text.

Also, you can't put anything besides plain text into <description> sections -- that means no markup tags.

Fixed in CVS.
