It asks you to read:

ftp://ftp.porcupine.org/mirrors/postfix-release/official/postfix-2.6.5.RELEASE_NOTES

That file doesn't exist. The closest thing there belongs to a bit newer version:

ftp://ftp.porcupine.org/mirrors/postfix-release/official/postfix-2.6.6.RELEASE_NOTES

Fixed in current versions in the tree.
