Ok manually unmerging the package concerned and re-emerging it was
successful.

Same as in the previous bug...

Portage would detect libpng major upgrade, gtk-doc would get pulled next to emerge list.

Anyways... It's solved for you now

I recommend you disable USE=doc when you encounter this problem for now.
