I mentioned this in another bug report <a

0.10 and k3b i18n)</a>: is there any reason not to have this i18n package? K3b
is no niche program either...

A sleek installation of k3b's internationalisation

It's in now for 0.10.1.  Just define your LINGUAS variable to the language
you want and make sure you have a recent version of portage.  This now also
works for kde and for koffice.
