Thanks for the adding the ebuild for Audio::Scan (originally added under bug#287264). A problem has been reported in bug#314073 with song seeking and MP3 files failing. Some investigation has led Logitech to state that Audio::Scan-0.62 is required for Squeezebox Server 7.5.0 and that this problem will be caused with other versions (see this bug's URL).

May I request the addition of a v0.62 ebuild? I believe it's a trivial addition as the current ebuild script should work.

If that is added I'll mod the media-sound/squeezebox-server ebuild to require this specific version. Thanks for your time.

CC'ing media-sound/squeezeboxserver maintainers as the ebuild currently RDEPENDS on >=dev-perl/Audio-Scan-0.59 which apparently isn't sufficient.

dev-perl/Audio-Scan-0.62 is in the tree.

Many thanks for the speedy ebuild - I've seen and tested that. I've also submitted a patch to SBS-7.5.0 to depend on this version under bug#314073.
