Comment 4 Marat Radchenko 2010-05-11 04:10:17 UTC
clearing ccache cache and rebuilding tslib doesn't help.
Same problem happens on another box with xorg-server-1.6.5-r1

avoid InputDriverRec TSLIB to be overriden by TSLIB from /include/xorg-server.h

Attached patch should fix the bug.

Explanation:
When xorg-server is compiled with USE="tslib", /usr/include/xorg-server.h have a #define TSLIB 1; but src/tslib.c (wich include some xorg headers) has a variable named TSLIB, which will be replaced to 1 by the preprocessor. Renaming it to TSLIB_DRIVER fixes the failure.

why are we CCed here? this is not amd64 specific.
Comment 8 Marat Radchenko 2010-07-10 18:58:10 UTC
Confirming that patch from #6 fixes compilation.
Comment 9 solar (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-07-11 03:20:54 UTC
