This is a new ebuild for the DWUN dialup link control server. It can connect to the Internet when a LAN client connects to it and will disconnect from the Internet when there are no more LAN clients.
Created attachment 19703 [details] The ebuild
Created attachment 19704 [details] initscript for the dwun daemon This should go in the files directory and be called "dwun.init".
Created attachment 19705 [details] ChangeLog I'm not sure if I am supposed to write a ChangeLog for a new ebuild, since I'm not a Gentoo developer, but only a contributor.
The package should probably be: "net-dialup/dwun".
Created attachment 19716 [details] DWUN's licenses The ebuild I submitted has a null LICENSE because DWUN is under two licenses, neither of which seems to be in /usr/portage/licenses. Should each be added in separate files? DWUN is mostly "Copyright (c) 2001 Tim Sutherland" with an unnamed, but very unrestrictive license which only requires the copyright notice and license to be included. An included library is under "The Frontier Artistic License Version 1.0," which is a derivative of the Artistic License.
Created attachment 19753 [details] dwun-0.96e.ebuild with correct SRC_URI Sorry, I forgot to fill in the correct SRC_URI the first time.
Thanks for the ebuild Jonathan. :) I've committed net-dialup/dwun in cvs.
