In a (fireall) shell script the iptables command line parameters like "--set" and "--source" shouldn't be highlighted like commands eg "source" or "set"

I'm not seeing the problem in a simple test script when using vim with ft=sh and syntax on.

If you can reproduce it with a current vim version, please reopen the bug with an example file attached.
