The ebuild has $(use_enable ldap), however the configure option is --with-ldap and not --enable-ldap. I will attach a patch.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="ldap" emerge =app-crypt/mit-krb5-1.8.1

Actual Results:  
No LDAP backend is built.

Expected Results:  
LDAP backend is built.

Fixed in the tree without a rev bump.  Thanks for the report.  Please check and close the bug if appropriate.
