Whenever I try to emerge (even with emerge --info) I got this error:

    from portage.dbapi.dep_expand import dep_expand
ImportError: No module named dep_expand


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge portage-2.1.8.3
2.emerge something



Actual Results:  
I updated portage with emerge portage-2.1.8.3, now I can't emerge anymore ...

Expected Results:  
Portage should emerge nicely ...

Sorry I can't give any emerge --info ...
