Patch to fix tests

This patch allows the test suite to run properly; however, there is still a problem with the test for the csvfix exec command, but I think that the problem is with the code for that feature. Other than the exec test, all the tests pass for me.

Patch to stop automatic binary stripping

This package stops automatic binary stripping so the package manager can handle it properly.

Patch to use system expat

Patch to use system expat and clean up the makefile a bit more. Note that csvfix only appears to need the main expat.h header file and doesn't link against expat.

Corrected mistake --- use the src_prepare phase instead of src_configure
