In the installation handbook, part 4, section 5 (Adding Functionality to Networking) pre/post up/down functions are explained.

However, nowhere is written where to put the pre/post up/down functions.

Is this going to /etc/conf.d/net as in the previous sections?

Please update the page and document what file this concerns.
