Clementine can be compiled without libnotify. Please make libnotifi optional (USE flag?)

boost is really a build time dependency (for headers)

and libnotify is now here,

It compiles and works with boost 1.39. You do not need to specify 1.42.

and the libnotify dep will go away with next version, see the upstream bug for update.
