Kahakai 0.5.1 is out. Here is an ebuild for it. It no longer has
PROVIDE="virtual/blackbox" because it's not a *box. Previous ebuilds should have
this removed as well, but it's hardly worthwhile.

Kahakai fails to build, stock, with xinerama disabled. Here is a patch to
fix that, and a new ebuild to go along with it.

Also removed is calling autogen.sh, as it's not in the source tarball.
