The source for x11-plugins/purple-plugin_pack-2.6.3 doesn't appear to have been pushed to the mirrors and thus doesn't download correctly upon build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -av1 x11-plugins/purple-plugin_pack-2.6.3

Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download 'purple-plugin_pack-2.6.3.tar.bz2'. Aborting.

Expected Results:  
The source tarball is actually downloaded and used for the installation.

Hi!
As a quick fix, you can download purple-plugin_pack-2.6.3.tar.bz2 from this link:
http://plugins.guifications.org/trac/downloads/48
and then mv it to /usr/portage/distfiles
