rsync3.ru.gentoo.org just hangs when we try to connect. It has been down for about 9 days according to http://mirrorstats.gentoo.org/rsync/

Please look at and fix.

Disabled from country and continent rotations for now. Please update when able.

Removed corbina.ru from ACLs, removed from DNS. Thanks for the hardware and bandwidth donation, your services helped many Gentoo Users. (You have no more obligation to monitor the gentoo-mirrors mailing list.)
