Hi,
According to http://mirrorstats.gentoo.org/, your location is out of sync by 19 days. Please look at and fix.

If found that rsync on server is stalled .. (for 20 days). I have implemented locking system to prevent overlapping rsync. Due to stall process exist it cannot start new one.

I just add cron job to try to kill any rsync procss once a day to prevent this situation.
