Bug 31663 – pythonG 2.1.2, new ebuild for new version that solves some bugs

New pythonG version includes the following changes and improvements:
* 'KP_Enter' key is now as 'Return' key.
* Code will be executed as LC_CTYPE='C'. Now you can only use (7 bits) ASCII code in identifiers' names (variables, functions, etc.).
* The 'Salida de texto' Window now makes 'wrapping'.
* Bug solved: Debugger didn't work well when '_' caracter appeared in filename.
* Bug solved: Debugger didn't work well with >=python-2.3.
* Bug solved: 'Guardar como...' didn't allow save with the same name but in another directory.
* Bug solved: automatic tab.
