New version of eagle!

Is has a new license "Freemium". From the website:
"Our recently enhanced free license option is called the Freemium edition. It comes close to matching the features of our Standard version. We want you to try the capabilities of a more powerful version of EAGLE because we think you’ll like them well enough to buy a higher-end license."
