The council voted yesterday that new bug resolutions should not be able to use the resolutions LATER and REMIND. There was talk that this would take some time to implement but in case you find it, please wait until the summary/announcement is out.

LATER - "There are 2290 bugs with this field value. You must change the field value on those bugs to another value before you can delete this value."
REMIND - "There are 502 bugs with this field value. You must change the field value on those bugs to another value before you can delete this value."

So let me know if I shall remove those.

Man.. I should really read before I write.. Disabling those is easier so ignore my previous comment.

Both resolutions are disabled now.
