This bug occurred in earlier versions too. When in "Alter table" window, in FK tab, when I try to create new FK I can select foreign table, but nothing more. No check-boxes nor combo boxes in column list are active, so I cannot configure the FK. Probably an upstream bug, but wanted to check if maybe we can do anything here first. Reproducible: Always

I have seen similar problems when compiling with the --as-needed linker option, but it looks like you are not doing this. Agreed that this is most likely an upstream bug.
