Description G. Náray 2010-04-19 00:02:55 UTC
NAME="%k" is superfluous and breaks kernel supplied names, please remove it from /etc/udev/rules.d/48-qemu.rules:1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install kqemu
2. boot gentoo
3.

Actual Results:
It displays the message:
NAME="%k" is superfluous and breaks kernel supplied names, please remove it from /etc/udev/rules.d/48-qemu.rules:1

NAME="%k" is superfluous and breaks kernel supplied names, please remove it from /etc/udev/rules.d/48-qemu.rules:1
The line in that file is:
KERNEL=="kqemu*", NAME="%k", GROUP="qemu", MODE="0660"
The problem is very similar to bug 293453.
Comment 1 Doug Goldstein (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2012-12-04 22:37:00 UTC
kqemu is masked for removal so this will not be fixed.
