Please bump sys-libs/libhx to 3.4 as it's needed by >=sys-auth/pam_mount-1.35 to fix bug 302964.

Note that libhx's archive format changed since 3.2. Thus, EAPI=3 is needed to successfully unpack the archive for installation.

Committed to cvs with slight changes.

Please note for future ebuilds that if you use EAPI=3, econf doesn't belong into src_compile, but into src_configure.
