Recently, sys-power/pm-utils-1.3.0-r2 was put into portage, but the manifest appears to not have been updated, as it still has an entry for sys-power/pm-utils-1.3.0-r1, which appears to have been removed following the inclusion of sys-power/pm-utils-1.3.0-r2. This causes issues with portage as it will try to downgrade pm-utils to 1.2.6.1, but it fails because the manifest is not up to date.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -fv pm-utils
3. Portage will fail.

Manifest is fine here (in CVS) so either you synced at a wrong time (emerge --sync again to verify) or the mirror is broken

I resynced with the mirror and it appears that this issue has been resolved. I guess I happened to sync at the wrong time.
