I have git-1.6.4.4 installed only, so tests are only run against this vcs. I don't know whether this is git-specific or other vcs fail as well. After adding a file, the MD5 checksum check fails with something like * WRONG MD5_$someting I will attach full build log later on. I observe this failure on amd64 and arm similary. Where is the copy of that MD5 hash stored? I'm not sure that should even be checked

It ensures that all changelogs are equal for all supported VCS.
