Please update the pure-ftpd ebuild to version 1.0.16b.

There have been no major change since 1.0.16a except bug fixes including an XSS fix.

The current ebuild for version 1.0.16a perfectly works with 1.0.16b, just bump the version number.

1.0.16b is now in portage.  Please let me know if you find any problems,
also, would it be in the security interest of gentoo users that we mark this
stable for all architectures?

The ebuild has been tested on x86 and ppc, everything looks fine.
The diffs against 1.0.16a are minor and as 1.0.16a was already marked stable
on x86.
The XSS issue doesn't directly affect pure-ftpd, but it's a security issue
nevertheless so yes, it would be a good idea to mark 1.0.16b as stable on
all arch. Moreover on sparc the current version marked as stable is very
old.

1.0.16b has been marked stable for all arches.
