upowerd cannot starts on hardened system, gnome-power-manager is then unusable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hardened system
2.Gnome
3.Start a session

Actual Results:  
Segfault filling the log

Expected Results:  
upowerd should start normally then gnome-power-manager could start.

Quite old bug. Is this still an issue with latest upower?  Reopen if so.
