Bug 31509 – New version of HostAP available (split into seperate packages)

HostAP development was split into 3 packages:
1) HostAP Driver
2) HostAP Utils
3) HostAPD

The versioning has been "reset" - current versions are 0.1.0 for each of the above packages. Please add new portage packages (net-wireless/hostap-driver, net-wireless/hostap-utils, net-wireless/hostapd). TIA.

Sounds good to me. Can we please try with this latest version leaving CFLAGS
alone? i've had a couple bugs of drivers getting unresolved symbols which
i'm pretty sure is improper CFLAGS. Lets leave them alone for at least the
initial release of the hostap-driver package and see if those bugs go away.
