Both work by just copying the filename to the latest version, which is
dctc-0.82.0 and dc-gui-0.57.  Only change that should be made is that in
dc-gui-0.57.ebuild it should now require dctc-0.82.0 + to run properly.

If this ebuild needs a maintainer I would be happy to volunteer.
